At C - Fitness, we believe that fitness is a lifestyle, not a trend. Our philosophy is based on the idea that a healthy mind and body are essential for overall

well-being.

 

My name is Chandler Greene. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with Multiple Specializations and a drive to learn more. I have extensive training with over 10 years of personal experience detailing as an NASM-CNC ( Certified Nutritional Coach, NASM-MMACS ( Mixed Martial Arts Coaching Specialist ), NASM-WLS Weight Lost Specialist, NASM Senior Fitness Specialist, & a BBS-Body Building Specialist.

 

C - Fitness is a beacon for individuals who love to improve and grow mentally, emotionally, & physically. Hard work and effort is all it takes to achieve great things. This mentality helped me to focus on seeking better ways to train myself so I can provide the tools and knowledge for real results.

 

Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. As a fully qualified and accredited trainer, I firmly believe in the positive benefits that fitness can bring to all areas of our lives.
